Right now it's a very small team, heads-down on the product. There's nothing to apply for today, and we'd rather say that plainly than post a wishlist of roles we can't fill.

Remote, wherever you are
We hire for the work, not the postcode. Every role is fully remote and open to people anywhere in the world. Work from wherever you do your best thinking, on hours that suit your timezone, and we'll sort the practicalities around that.
What we'll hire for first
- Engineers who care about the small details a job hunt actually turns on.
- Designers who can make a serious tool feel calm rather than busy.
- People who know the UK hiring market from the inside: recruiters, CV writers, careers coaches.
